All defective OEM units are covered under their original manufacturer's warranty and should be processed through the manufacturer. Although 98% of our orders ship out on the same day, we do run low on some items, and those orders may take an extra day or two before being shipped. We also have several warehouses throughout the United States. We do our best to process your order from the closest warehouse to the requested shipping address.
