What is my Warranty?
We offer a 6 month warranty against any defective product. We will replace any defective products free of charge (we pay the shipping as well), or you can return your defective item to us for a refund. Non defective items are not covered under warranty.
We do not guarantee shipping arrival time. All estimated arrival times are just that, estimates. We stock a full inventory of thousands of items. Although 98% of our orders ship out on the same day, we do run low on some items and those orders could take an extra day or two before they can be shipped. We also have several warehouse through out the United states. We do our best to ship the product from the closest warehouse to the address you are requesting it be shipped to, but every once in a while, we run out of inventory and have to ship from a different warehouse.
OEM Toner or compatible toner?
Unless specifically marked with "OEM", we do not sell any OEM toner. All products listed on this site are sold as compatible or remanufactured. Our compatible products are manufactured under ISO 9001 certifications, to meet or exceed the quality of OEM toner.
What is your return policy?
We offer replacements and returns for 6 months after purchase. In the event of a defect, We encourage allowing us to replace your defective item. The odds of recieving a defective replacement are slim to none. For defective returns/replacements, We provide you a free return label to send your defective item back. All replacements ship via UPS Ground, free of charge. As for returning a non-defective product, or refusing a free replacement, we do not cover the cost of shipping. Non defective products returned will be charged a re-stocking fee of 25%.
